Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Each piece ships flat-packed from our maker's workshop. Typical delivery is 1 to 3 weeks with tracking, depending on your country. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is it hard to install?
No. Everything arrives flat-packed with the hardware you need. Most walls take an afternoon. See our Install guide for step by step.
What walls does it work on?
Solid walls and standard drywall both work. On drywall, anchor into studs where you can and use proper wall anchors elsewhere. Start low until your cat gains confidence.
What is it made of?
Solid wood, with soft felt and sisal where cats like to rest and scratch.
How much weight does it hold?
Mounted correctly into studs or with proper anchors, each piece comfortably holds a typical adult cat. Always follow the mounting instructions.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes, that is the whole idea. Begin with a package or a few pieces, then grow the route with Build Your Own modules.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Damaged or faulty on arrival? Send a photo and we make it right.
