Shipping
Every piece is made and shipped from our maker's workshop overseas, flat-packed to keep it safe in transit. That means delivery takes a little longer than a big-box store — but it lets us offer quietly crafted, solid-wood furniture at a fair price.
Typical delivery is 1–3 weeks with tracking, depending on your country. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. We'll always be honest about timing — good things for your cat are worth a short wait.
Returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll make it right.
