These Terms of Sale govern sales made on the YAMACATSI website, operated by:

Placing an order on the site means you fully accept these Terms.
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties for the online sale of cat products sold by YAMACATSI.
The products offered include wall modules, climbing route blocks and accessories for fitting out spaces for cats.
Article 2 – Products
The essential characteristics of the products are shown on the site.
Photographs, illustrations and descriptions are provided for guidance. Despite the care taken in presenting them, slight differences may exist between the images and the products delivered.
YAMACATSI reserves the right to change its product catalogue at any time.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site at the time of the order.
In accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable where the business benefits from the VAT-exempt scheme (franchise en base de TVA).
Delivery charges are shown before the order is finally confirmed.
YAMACATSI reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to buy.
The order is only final once payment has been validated.
YAMACATSI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- incomplete or incorrect information;
- suspected fraud;
- a previous dispute with the customer;
- being out of stock or unable to source the product.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
Accepted payment methods are those offered on the site at the time of purchase.
Transactions are secured by the payment providers used by Shopify.
Article 6 – Delivery
In fairness to all our customers, we have chosen to harmonise delivery charges as far as possible and keep them as low as possible. For certain products with higher logistics costs, part of the delivery cost is built directly into the product's sale price, so that pricing stays simple, transparent and fair for every customer.
YAMACATSI delivers its products in France and internationally.
Delivery times are given for guidance and may vary depending on:
- the destination country;
- the carrier;
- any customs formalities;
- busy periods.
A delay in delivery cannot give rise to any compensation, save where the law provides otherwise.
Risk passes to the customer when the customer physically receives the parcel.
The customer must check the condition of the parcel on delivery and report any problem as soon as possible.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, a consumer customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact YAMACATSI at: yamacatsi.contact@gmail.com
The customer must return the products within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after notifying their withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, save where the law provides otherwise.
The product must be returned:
- complete;
- undamaged;
- clean;
- in its original condition;
- with all of its accessories.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged or unfit for resale may be subject to a reduction in the refund, or a refusal to refund, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 8 – Returns, refunds and exchanges
No return may be made without YAMACATSI's prior approval.
Before sending anything back, the customer must contact customer service at: yamacatsi.contact@gmail.com
The request must state:
- the order number;
- the product concerned;
- the detailed reason for the return;
- photographs where these are needed to assess the request.
After reviewing the file, YAMACATSI will inform the customer of the applicable return arrangements.
Any return made without prior agreement may be refused.
A refund or exchange can only take place after:
- YAMACATSI has actually received the parcel;
- its contents have been checked;
- the general condition of the returned product has been inspected.
YAMACATSI reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange where:
- the product has been damaged;
- parts are missing;
- the product shows excessive signs of use;
- the return conditions set out in these Terms have not been met.
Where a return is accepted, the refund will be made via the payment method used for the order or, if the parties agree, by exchanging the product.
Article 9 – Damaged or non-conforming products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not matching the order, the customer must contact YAMACATSI as soon as possible after receipt.
Photographs may be requested to help process the claim.
Depending on the situation, YAMACATSI may offer:
- a replacement;
- an exchange;
- a refund.
Article 10 – Legal guarantees
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees provided by applicable law, in particular:
- the legal guarantee of conformity;
- the guarantee against hidden defects.
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be given.
Article 11 – Liability
YAMACATSI products are intended exclusively for animal use.
The customer remains responsible for:
- installing the products correctly;
- fixing them securely;
- maintaining them regularly;
- following the instructions for use.
YAMACATSI cannot be held liable for damage resulting from:
- incorrect installation;
- inappropriate use;
- modification of the product;
- normal wear and tear.
Article 12 – Force majeure
YAMACATSI cannot be held liable where the failure to perform, or the delay in performing, its obligations results from an event of force majeure within the meaning of French law.
Article 13 – Personal data
Personal data collected is used solely for:
- processing orders;
- managing the customer relationship;
- legal and accounting obligations.
The customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Article 14 – Intellectual property
All elements of the YAMACATSI site, in particular the texts, photographs, logos, visuals and content, remain the exclusive property of VIZIVIO.
Any reproduction, representation or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Article 15 – Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will try to find an amicable solution before any legal action.
Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
