How long until it arrives?
Each wall is made to order and arrives in about 1 to 3 weeks. That is an honest estimate, not a guarantee, and customs can add time outside the EU. If anything slips, you hear it from us by email rather than from a silent tracking page.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order. Orders outside the EU may attract customs duties or import charges set by your own country. Those are not included and are paid by the recipient.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, wherever the carrier provides it. You get an email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link where one is available.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes. While your wall is still being made, email yamacatsi.contact@gmail.com and we will cancel it and refund you in full, no reason needed. Once it has been dispatched, the usual 14-day return right below takes over.
What materials are used?
Wood, with soft fabric elements and sisal on the parts cats rest and scratch on. Materials vary from piece to piece, so check the product page for the piece you are looking at.
Do I need tools to install it?
Yes. You will need a drill, a screwdriver, a spirit level and fixings suited to your wall. Most walls take an afternoon. See our Install guide for step by step. Check your parcel when it arrives, and if fixings are missing or not suited to your wall, buy the right ones before you mount anything.
What walls does it work on?
Solid walls and standard drywall both work. On drywall, anchor into studs where you can and use proper wall anchors elsewhere. Start low until your cat gains confidence.
How much weight does it hold?
We do not publish a load rating for individual pieces. Mount every piece into a stud, or with anchors rated for the load and suited to your wall, and follow the instructions that come with it. If you are unsure about your wall, ask a professional to fit it.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes, that is the whole idea. Begin with a package or a few pieces, then grow the route with Build Your Own modules.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Return shipping is paid by you, and items must come back complete, unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first at yamacatsi.contact@gmail.com so we can confirm the return address.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
That one is on us. Send a photo and we replace, exchange or refund it. Your legal guarantees always apply on top of the 14-day right above. Full detail is in our Conditions Générales de Vente.
