Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order. For some pieces the logistics cost more, so part of the delivery cost is built into the product price. That keeps pricing simple and the same for everyone.
Each wall is made to order and ships from our supplier overseas. Delivery usually takes about 1 to 3 weeks depending on where you are. That is longer than a big-box store, but it lets us offer this furniture at a fair price, and we will always be honest about timing.
You will get an email before dispatch, with a tracking link wherever the carrier provides one. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and customs can add time.
Orders outside the EU may attract customs duties or import charges set by your country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Changed your mind before it ships? Email yamacatsi.contact@gmail.com and we cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Tell us within those 14 days at yamacatsi.contact@gmail.com, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Return shipping is paid by you. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address and how to send it.
Items must come back complete, clean, undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, with all hardware. Anything returned incomplete or damaged may be refunded in part or refused.
Once we receive and check the parcel, we refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong on arrival?
That one is on us. Send a photo to yamacatsi.contact@gmail.com and we will replace, exchange or refund it. Your legal guarantees against faulty or non-conforming goods always apply on top of the 14-day right above.
